...since my last blog-post. So as some of you might already know: I'm back in Germany. Actually for quite a while. But I somehow managed to ignore my blog for this period of time and did not write any updates. So please consider this post the (hopefully) eagerly awaited update.
What happened since the last post? Well, I moved my stuff and myself back from Ireland, attended a career fair (you have to prepare for the future), worked on my thesis, met some of my German friends who currently are not somewhere abroad and have been in Frankfurt again today... And I'll be back in Cork in late July, so it's not really a long break :-)
I think a good way to end this post is to show a very recent picture I took this morning at about 1:30AM (accompanied by Stephan). It shows the "Orangery" in Kassel (the next bigger city in the area where I live in Germany), which is a kind of a science-museum today and the installation on top of the building consisting of a laser beam being seperated into three beams which follow the three main axes of the surrounding park:

Nettes Bild übrigens, darf ich bei dieser Gelegenheit erwähnen, dass der Laserscape mit einer kleinen Solaranlage betrieben wird und sogar mithilfe eines Backup-Systems gegen Stromausfälle gerüstet ist? ;)
